Starting his journey in 1982, Jerry quickly earned a reputation for solving the toughest plumbing problems—whether it’s sub-slab tunneling, sewer diagnostics, or complete system overhauls. His technical expertise and calm, solutions-first mindset have made him a trusted name among homeowners, businesses, and contractors alike.
As a second-generation tradesman, Jerry is deeply committed to passing on the values of hard work, honesty, and doing things the right way. He’s not just a master of his craft—he’s a mentor, a teacher, and the foundation of what Mulder Plumbing Services stands for today.

Carla Mulder is the backbone of Mulder Plumbing Services, LLC, bringing over 40 years of experience in managing the operations of a successful plumbing company. As co-founder and head of administrative services, Carla oversees the day-to-day functions that keep the business running smoothly—including accounting, human resources, payroll, scheduling, and insurance compliance.
Carla began her journey in the trades alongside her husband Jerry in the early 1980s. Since then, she has built a reputation for being organized, detail-oriented, and deeply committed to both her team and customers. While the technicians handle what’s below the surface, Carla is the one keeping everything above it in perfect order.
Her extensive knowledge of the plumbing industry, combined with a sharp eye for business management, ensures that every project is supported by a solid foundation of planning, transparency, and customer care. She is often the first point of contact for customers, vendors, and partners—providing the kind of professionalism and personal touch that sets Mulder Plumbing apart.

Raised in a family of tradesmen and trained in both traditional and modern plumbing methods, Aaron approaches every job with precision, transparency, and respect for the customer’s home or business. His reputation for solving complex problems and delivering clean, code-compliant work is a reflection of his commitment to doing things right the first time.
Before founding Mulder Plumbing Services, Aaron worked for years under a large national franchise. That experience inspired him to build a more personal, community-focused plumbing company—one that puts people before profits and offers solutions tailored to each customer’s needs.
When he’s not in the field, Aaron is a devoted husband, father of three, and an active member of the San Antonio community.

Whether he’s helping price out a complex repair, providing real-time support to plumbers on-site, or handling customer concerns with professionalism and care, Roger is the steady hand that keeps the wheels turning. His deep understanding of plumbing operations and unmatched patience make him a go-to resource for both the team and the families we work with.
Roger is known around the office for his level-headed approach and commitment to making sure every job runs smoothly—even when the unexpected hits. If there’s a question, a challenge, or a fire that needs putting out, chances are Roger’s already on it.
Outside of work, Roger is a dedicated father and a proud fan of the Texas Rangers and Dallas Cowboys. His loyalty, both on and off the clock, is part of what makes him such an invaluable member of the Mulder Plumbing family.

As a niece of Carla Mulder, Katie is part of the family legacy and was raised from a young age around the values and work ethic that define the Mulder name. Her deep roots in the company give her a unique understanding of the family’s commitment to quality, integrity, and exceptional service.
Katie’s dedication has been instrumental in supporting Carla’s transition to remote operations, helping ensure that every detail in the office is managed with care and consistency. Whether she’s answering phones, coordinating with vendors, or solving a billing issue, Katie brings a personal touch to every task she handles.

She stays in constant contact with technicians in the field, making sure they’re informed on upcoming jobs, project progress, and schedule changes—helping the whole operation run smoothly and efficiently.
Mari is known for her calm presence, strong multitasking skills, and her ability to keep everyone on the same page—especially when things get busy.
Outside of work, Mari is a proud cat lover and craft enthusiast. When she’s not managing the phones or coordinating schedules, you’ll likely find her working on a creative project while catching up on her favorite TV shows.

Matthew Mulder has been working alongside his father, Master Plumber Jerry Mulder, since his teenage years. As the oldest son of Jerry and Carla, Matt was raised in the family trade and is continuing the legacy with a strong work ethic, hands-on skill, and a commitment to doing things the right way.
Currently, Matt is in the final stages of obtaining his Tradesman Plumbing License—with all required hours and classes completed, he’s just waiting on his official test date. His years of field experience and technical knowledge make him a reliable and capable member of the Mulder Plumbing Services team.
Matt is known not just for his plumbing skills, but for his dependability and heart. He’s the first to raise his hand when someone needs help—whether it’s a customer, a teammate, or a friend. His dedication and willingness to go the extra mile are just part of what makes him such a valuable asset to the company.
Outside of work, Matt enjoys reading and discussing sci-fi, attending rock and alternative concerts, and playing video games competitively. (He also has a remarkable knack for winning concert tickets on the radio—a skill the whole office admires.)

Outside of plumbing, Roy is a devoted father and husband and is currently working toward becoming a certified firefighter through his local volunteer fire department. His drive to serve and protect—whether it’s his family, his community, or his customers—shows through in everything he does.
